Return policy

We only grant returns in cases of factory defects. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

We will replace the product within a period of no more than 45 calendar days, in the understanding that it is subject to factors independent of us, such as delivery by the carrier, availability of the product to be replaced or availability of its parts. We reserve the right to deliver a different product if it is not available, of the same value.
